A 1997 graduate of Belmont Univeristy in Nashville, TN, Ms. Callahan holds a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. She is unusually driven, honest, straightfoward and has a relentlessly strong work ethic. Her #1 aim is to satisfy and represent you, as a buyer or seller. She is full of energy, ambition and has an ever-increasing need to sharpen her abilities and broaden her knowledge, especially as it pertains to real estate. Julie's background is full of diversity and excitement, especially in civic service and social relations. In Ladispoli, Italy Ms. Callahan served as a minister to children for a term.

After her travels overseas, she worked for four years as an interior designer. Ms. Callahan is inspired by "making a house a home." Not only does she have a decorating flare, she has unsurprisingly developed a strong desire to contribute to all things required in finding houses and transforming them into homes.

A graduate of the Leadership Putnam Class of 2003, Habitat for Humanity as well as being appointed a CASA volunteer in her local area, Ms. Callahan continues to serve others in multiple ways. Her greatest asset and highest aim is service at its best!
