Profile:As a native Cookevillian, I enjoy showing newcomers what's best about the community. For me, it's the "small town feel" and the diversity of people, places, and things to do. My intimate knowledge of the Cookeville and surrounding Upper Cumberland area is a bonus for buyer and seller, both residential and commercial, since I can quickly focus their home search on neighborhoods that meet their criteria, as well as properties that meet the commercial developer’s needs.
My favorite part of the Cookeville real estate business is spending time with the buyers and sellers I serve and doing what makes them happy. That’s probably why most of my clients end up becoming my friends.
My former career in the dental profession gave me experience in dealing with everyone, from the easiest to the most demanding customer. I learned that by really listening and drawing them out with the right questions, I found a way to help them achieve their objectives.
These skills allowed me to quickly tune into my real estate clients’ wants and needs so that I can work with them in harmony, with everyone focused on the same outcome, eventually leading to successful negotiation on the clients’ behalf.
